Option Explanations:

2 - You can activate this option at any point of the vote calculation
process. After you activate it your character will get 200 votes and your
enemy will get 0. Just keep the option on until the vote calculating is
finished and you will win the election.

3 - Once activated you just need to press end turn and the level your
playing will finish and the vote calculation starts.
